About the team

At Sattva, the marketing team plays a critical role in translating our work into meaningful content which informs, engages and inspires our customer ecosystem with thought leadership work, knowledge initiatives and data insights that enable impact at scale.


What you'll do


We are looking for a passionate storyteller, versatile content writer and communications professional to join our growing marketing team and manage our social media and company website.The Consultant will work closely with the Marketing team to understand the company's communication strategy and translate that into impactful social media and website content. 


You will be responsible for managing, maintaining and growing Sattva's brand presence in social media and the company website through regular, timely and well written content updates. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand the overall strategy, curate relevant content and translate that into high impact social media and website content.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing, owning and managing the social media calendar (Linkedin, X, Instagram) to ensure timely, regular content posts.

  • Owning and managing the company website to ensure timely, regular content posts.

  • Understanding the communication strategy and translating that into carefully curated content pieces relevant for social media and the website.

  • Collaborating with the business teams, designers and marketing colleagues to align content to the company brand.

  • Ability to apply various style guides and develop short and long form content for social media, blog posts, brochures, video first formats etc.

  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.

  • Identifying customers needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

  • Reviewing, editing and proofreading content.

  • Optimising content for search engines using keywords, meta tags and other SEO techniques.

  • Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

  • Comfort with data and ability to understand social media and website analytics. Measuring outcome metrics by tracking social media and website KPIs

  • Ability to track industry trends and apply best practices to optimise brand presence.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.

  • 2 -4 years of experience with proven content writing or copywriting experience.

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Immaculate understanding and application of grammar

  • Ability to conduct research, understand the business context and translate that into effective content.

  • Knowledge of social media management, trends and best practices.

  • Working knowledge of content management systems, basic html etc

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple projects concurrently.

  • Agile and strong team player.
