We offer nursing care, diagnostics, physiotherapy, elder care, medical equipment, and chronic disease management services across India. We are expanding our operations in Rajasthan and are seeking an experienced leader to head our Jaipur state operations.

Role Overview

The State Head – Jaipur will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end business operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring service excellence, and building strong regional teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of healthcare operations or homecare services.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Operations & Growth

  • Lead and manage all state-level operations for Jaipur.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion plans.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure cost efficiency.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch managers, medical staff, and support teams.
  • Set performance KPIs and drive accountability across teams.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, patient-centricity, and continuous improvement.

3. Service Delivery & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality homecare services.
  • Oversee patient satisfaction, service operations, and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Implement quality control measures and manage escalations effectively.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Work with clinical teams to ensure adherence to medical guidelines and ethical practices.

5. Stakeholder & Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, corporate clients, and partner organizations.
  • Handle high-value clients and oversee key account management.
  • Represent 2050 Healthcare at local healthcare events and networking platforms.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, homecare services, diagnostics, hospitals, or similar sectors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
