Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting impactful market research, and building relationships with partners and clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing business strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. The role also requires maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to assess market trends and business performance
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Proven experience in Lead Generation and building a prospective client base
  • Proficiency in Market Research and data collection to identify growth opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to nurture relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting objectives
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and an aptitude for working in fast-paced environments
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
