Location : Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Work from Office)

Duration : 6 Months

Stipend : Paid Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to support the Project Manager in managing multiple ongoing projects. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a career in Project Management and gain real-world exposure to IT projects, processes, and coordination tasks.

The selected candidate will assist with documentation, reporting, task tracking, and communication, allowing the Project Coordinator to focus on high-level project management and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation (status reports, project plans, task lists, meeting notes, etc.).
  • Create and manage weekly status reports and share updates with stakeholders.
  • Support the Project Coordinator in preparing task allocations for developers and tracking progress.
  • Maintain project schedules, timelines, and deliverable trackers.
  • Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with development teams to gather updates and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Research and implement best practices in project management tools and processes.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Project Management Office (PMO).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).

This is a deal-breaker condition.

Education Preference

  • MBA in Operations Management, Systems Management, or IT Project Management (preferred).
  • A technical background (BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT, BCS, BCA, MCA, MCS) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Project Management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp) is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and documentation.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp IT project concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
