Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, activities, and teaching aids for pre-primary classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG).
  • Design curriculum content aligned with NEP 2020 and early learning standards.
  • Collaborate with designers and academic teams to create visually appealing and interactive learning materials.
  • Review and enhance existing curriculum materials for quality, accuracy, and engagement.
  • Conduct teacher training sessions and provide guidance on classroom implementation.
  • Research best practices in early childhood education and integrate innovative teaching methods.
  • Support the academic team in curriculum mapping and content audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Psychology / Education / relevant field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pre-primary curriculum design or teaching.
  • Strong understanding of phonics, numeracy, literacy, and activity-based learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / digital content tools preferred.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience working with reputed school networks or educational publishers.
  • Understanding of global curriculum frameworks (IB PYP, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, etc.).
  • Ability to train and mentor teachers effectively.
