Tellecaller

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecaller with a strong background in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote academic programs and courses.
• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information about the institute, programs, and admission process.
• Counsel students regarding career paths, course options, and admission procedures.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the admission counsellor and marketing team to ensure smooth enrolment processes.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with students and parents.

Key Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree required).
• Minimum 2 years of telecalling/counselling experience in the education industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Strong persuasive and listening skills with a student-centric approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM or lead management systems.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of admission and counselling processes in educational institutions.
• Experience in telesales or student counselling roles.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
