Job Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls & make outbound follow-up calls

  • Understand client concerns and offer relevant skin, hair & aesthetic services

  • Provide treatment information, pricing and package details confidently

  • Lead generation & conversion through persuasive counselling

  • Schedule consultations and appointments for dermatologists/cosmetologists

  • Maintain proper records of calls, appointments & follow-ups

  • Upselling relevant services and packages when applicable

Candidate Requirements

  • Female candidates only

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Marathi)

  • Presentable appearance and a smart personality

  • Strong convincing & product pitching skills

  • Experience in Healthcare / Wellness / Aesthetic / Dermatology / Cosmetology sector will be an added advantage

  • Passion for counselling, sales & customer interaction
