We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
who will support our sales team in managing leads, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth execution of the student admissions process. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and passionate about education and career-building for young graduates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Follow-ups
Track leads from marketing campaigns, offline events, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales executives.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion.
Sales Operations Support
Maintain and update CRM systems (Zoho/HubSpot/N8N integrations).
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
Coordinate between marketing and sales teams for smooth handovers.
Student & Parent Interaction
Handle initial inquiries and provide clear information about TAC programs.
- Schedule counseling calls, demos, and orientation sessions.
Ensure a seamless admissions experience for students and families.
Team Coordination
Support the Sales Head in meeting targets.
- Assist in organizing sales events, webinars, and outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team (documentation, contracts, payment tracking).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, or equivalent).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer support (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English + Telugu/Hindi preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot) is a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
