Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural/interior/structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or relevant software
  • Interpret sketches, verbal instructions, and design concepts
  • Develop and revise working drawings, sections, elevations, and details
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions
  • Assist in preparing drawings for client presentations and construction documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent and practical execution
  • Update drawings based on site changes or client feedback during construction

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or certification in Draughtsman ship, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of professional experience as a Draughtsman in architecture, interiors, or engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; with understanding of annotations and Xref. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other software is an advantage
  • should have ability to coordinate with external consultants like MEP, Structure, landscape, quantity surveying Etc.
  • Good understanding of design principles, building materials, and construction techniques
  • Ability to read and understand architectural/engineering drawings and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
