Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Van Sales Staff will be responsible for selling products directly to customers, managing inventory in the vehicle, and ensuring timely delivery to retail outlets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and maintaining product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to retail outlets and customers in a timely manner.
  • Promote and sell products to meet daily/weekly sales targets.
  • Maintain stock levels in the van and manage inventory records.
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Report daily sales and feedback to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school education; experience in sales preferred.
  • Valid driving license and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
