1. Exam Venue Preparation

  • Arrange all exam materials including question papers, answer sheets, stationery, and seating plans before the exam.
  • Ensure seating follows spacing rules and exam center guidelines.

2. Candidate Onboarding and Verification

  • Verify candidate identity using Aadhaar or other methods.
  • Guide candidates to their seats and ensure smooth entry.
  • Check for restricted items like mobile phones or unauthorized notes.

3. Examination Monitoring

  • Supervise candidates to prevent cheating, unauthorized communication, or movement.
  • Maintain silence and a professional environment in the exam hall.
  • Stay alert to spot and handle any misconduct.

4. Time Management and Communication

  • Announce start, halfway, and end times clearly.
  • Keep exams running on schedule.
  • Answer candidate queries politely within allowed limits.

5. Handling Special Situations

  • Report and manage issues like illness, emergencies, technical problems, or misconduct.
  • Assist with evacuations or other emergency actions if needed.

6. Post-Exam Responsibilities

  • Collect answer sheets, unused materials, and attendance logs securely.
  • Return materials to the Exams Officer or designated collection point.
  • Report any irregularities noticed during the exam.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Graduate (any field)
  • Age: Minimum 21 years

Skills:

  • Strong observation and attention to detail
  • Good communication in Hindi and English
  • Professional conduct and appearance
  • Basic computer literacy

Other Qualities:

  • Punctual and reliable
  • Able to handle high-pressure situations
  • No criminal record

Other Requirements

  • Available for full-day shifts, including weekends; early reporting (from 5:00 AM)
  • Willing to travel to any assigned exam center in Noida
  • Complete mandatory training before deployment
  • Clear background verification, Aadhaar verification, and a basic digital skills test

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
