Key Responsibilities

SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (PS)

  • Configure and manage WBS structures, networks, milestones, and project templates for residential and commercial projects.
  • Define and implement budgeting, cost planning, progress tracking, and settlement processes.
  • Integrate PS with FI/CO for real-time cost tracking and financial reporting.
  • Map procurement and subcontracting activities to specific WBS elements.
  • Support project capitalization aligned with asset creation and accounting standards.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Fiori apps and SAP Analytics tools.

SAP S/4HANA – Materials Management (MM)

  • Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle: PR to GR and Invoice Verification.
  • Configure service procurement, subcontracting, and rate contracts tailored to construction needs.
  • Optimize material and vendor master data for efficient site-level operations.
  • Ensure seamless MM-PS integration for project-specific procurement.
  • Oversee inventory and warehouse management across multiple project sites.
  • Utilize Fiori-based procurement apps and SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting.

Integration & Support

  • Collaborate with Finance, Projects, and Procurement teams for process alignment.
  • Draft functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and workflows.
  • Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide post go-live support, manage incidents, change requests, and system enhancements.
  • Participate in SAP S/4HANA upgrades, rollouts, and enhancement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of SAP Functional experience in PS and MM modules.
  • Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Domain expertise in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO and SD modules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
