Overview:
The E-commerce Manager (Inside/Post Sale) plays a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the inside and post-sales activities of our e-commerce platform. They are responsible for optimizing customer engagement, driving sales, and ensuring smooth post-sale processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies for inside and post-sale e-commerce activities
  • Manage the online customer journey to optimize sales processes
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Analyze e-commerce data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements
  • Oversee post-sale customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Lead a team to execute e-commerce objectives and targets
  • Optimize the online shopping experience to drive conversion rates
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery processes
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the e-commerce experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and e-commerce best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • Develop and manage relationships with e-commerce platform providers and partners
  • Implement customer-focused return and exchange processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve e-commerce operations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales management
  • Demonstrated success in optimizing the post-sale customer experience
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in e-commerce data analysis and tools
  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales growth
  • Understanding of online customer behavior and preferences
