Danfoss is looking for a Deputy Manager Reporting, to join the diverse team. In this role you will be responsible for reporting of the entity financials, internal control and audit coordination and completion, along with the critical project deliverables.

• Expert in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing activities in SAP and HFM.
• Ensure Adherence to Group Accounting Manual and relevant statutory accounting standards.
• Review pre month close to identify potential variance/deviation/ad-hoc transactions and align with the business and management.
• Review monthly financials and ensure the quality, prior to reporting.
• Prepare MIS and commentary on the performance, variance, and highlights and present to the management.
• Review the accounts reconciliations and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Review various processes like GRIR, Revenue Recognition, impacting the reporting and ensure issues if any are resolved.
• Review the standard and actual costing variances and alert the business controllers to act.
• Ensure & strengthen the Internal control over financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance and documentation at legal entity level.
• Preparation of Annual Statutory Financials in compliance with Ind-AS and handling the statutory and audit differences in SAP.
• Handle the statutory audit with the Big4 audit firms.
• Handle the internal audit for the entity responsible.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS, Ind-AS and other local statutory regulations.
• Experienced in SAP FICO.

• Qualified CA with 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably from a manufacturing sector.
• Experience in financials preparation and audit handling.
• Good financial analysis skills including strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to embrace change and adapt quickly.
• Should have a structured, organised, and standardised approach.
• Ability to complete multiple tasks against tight deadlines, able to prioritise and organise effectively.
• Able to cope with sustained pressure.
• Should possess good communication, analytical and presentation skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and number crunching, POWER BI, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience of having worked in SAP environment and HFM will be preferred.
• Strong influencing, leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
• Experience of working in multicultural environment would be an added advantage.
