About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in MERN technologies (MongoDB, , , ) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has worked on production-grade applications, is comfortable with both frontend and backend development, and has a curiosity for building AI-native applications leveraging LLM APIs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MERN technologies.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs, authentication flows, and real-time data handling.

Contribute to frontend development with to deliver responsive dashboards and user-friendly interfaces.

Work on backend services with , ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Collaborate with the team to integrate LLM APIs and experiment with RAG systems for intelligent product features.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Contribute to setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (basic knowledge expected; advanced is a plus).

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ship production-ready features.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands-on experience in , , , and MongoDB.

Experience working on production-level applications.

Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).

Understanding of authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) is a plus.

Ability to work independently and own tasks end-to-end.

Eagerness to explore AI-native development: prompt engineering, integrating LLM APIs, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.

Nice to Have

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker, or Kubernetes.

Exposure to Swagger/OpenAPI for API documentation.

Previous work with AI/ML-driven products.
