Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a MERN Stack Developer based in New Delhi. The MERN Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , React, and Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, writing clean and efficient code, and troubleshooting and debugging applications. The developer will also be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    MERN stack
    (MongoDB, , , ).
  • Strong proficiency in
    JavaScript & TypeScript
    .
  • Experience with
    REST APIs, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and state management (Redux/Zustand/Context API)
    .
  • Experience in designing and developing
    RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with version control systems like
    Git
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with
    WebSockets/real-time communication
    .
  • Exposure to
    Redis, message queues, or caching mechanisms
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Web3 wallets & blockchain integration
    (bonus).
  • Knowledge of
    automated testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Mocha)
    .
  • Previous experience in
    gaming/esports platforms
    is a plus.
