Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant. The role involves providing administrative and organizational support to the team, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Assistant will also perform research and ensure timely communication within internal teams and with external stakeholders. Tasks may extend to supporting project execution and ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Qualifications
- Administrative and Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic familiarity with collaborative software.
- Research and Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and create succinct summaries or reports when needed.
- Adaptability and Team Player: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate efficiently as part of a diverse team.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Prior Experience: Experience in administrative, operational, or support roles within professional environments is a plus.
