Position Overview
The Assistant to the Director provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Director to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities and strategic initiatives. This role involves handling confidential information, coordinating communication, managing schedules, and supporting the Director in decision-making and project execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Executive Support
- Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files (digital and physical) for easy retrieval.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the Director.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and follow up on action items.
- Track progress on strategic projects and prepare status updates.
- Support the Director in managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive company information with discretion and integrity.
- Serve as a professional representative of the Director and the organization.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
