Computer Faculty

The Computer Faculty is responsible for conducting comprehensive training sessions in computer applications, Tally ERP with GST, and other commerce-related software. The role includes delivering practical and theoretical knowledge to students, ensuring conceptual clarity, and preparing them for professional and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Training

2. Conduct interactive classes on:

3. Computer Fundamentals & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Tally Prime / Tally ERP9 with GST

5. Accounting Concepts (Journal Entries, Ledgers, Balance Sheet, etc.)

6. Internet Applications and Email Communication

7. Basic Programming (C, C++, Python – optional)

8. Ensure students gain both conceptual and practical understanding of all topics.

9. Provide extra support and doubt-solving sessions as needed.

10. Curriculum & Content Management

11. Follow and update the syllabus according to the latest Tally, GST, and computer trends.

12. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises.

13. Assessment & Evaluation

14. Conduct regular tests, assignments, and practical assessments.

15. Evaluate student performance and maintain progress reports.

16. Lab & Class Management

17. Maintain discipline and ensure proper functioning of computer systems.

18. Guide students during lab sessions and practical exercises.

19. Student Guidance & Support

20. Motivate students to build computer proficiency and accounting accuracy.

21. Provide career guidance in fields like data entry, accounting, and office management.

22. Administrative & Institutional Support

23. Maintain student attendance and class records.

24. Assist in organizing workshops, certification exams, and seminars.

25. Support management in admission-related academic queries.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / BCA / MCA / Diploma in Computer Applications / equivalent.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Tally Prime / Tally ERP9 with GST (mandatory)

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Accounting & Financial Management Concepts

• Internet & Basic Computer Operations

• Basic understanding of programming (C, C++, Python – added advantage)

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication and teaching skills.

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally and GST concepts.

• Ability to handle students of diverse backgrounds.

• Patience, confidence, and passion for teaching.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
