About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Finance & Controllership team at a growing mid-sized IT firm. The role offers end-to-end exposure to controllership, compliance, and financial reporting within a fast-paced, technology-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage financial controllership, including preparation and finalization of financial statements (Ind AS).


• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciliations, and reporting.


• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.


• Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax requirements.


• Prepare MIS reports and assist in management reviews.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors.


• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within finance.

What We're Looking For:


• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0.5 – 2 years of post-qualification experience.


• Strong understanding of Ind AS, accounting standards, and taxation.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and exposure to ERP/accounting tools (Tally, SAP, or similar).


• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Prior experience in IT, SaaS, or service-based industries preferred.
