Job Title: Language Specialist KYC Support (Japanese / Korean / Chinese)Location: Bangalore (Apply if you are in bangalore location)

Reports To: KYC Team Lead / Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking Language Specialists proficient in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese to support our Know Your Customer (KYC) team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading, translating, and interpreting local language documents related to client onboarding and due diligence. You will also assist in document collection and coordination efforts with clients, ensuring timely and accurate information gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Translate a variety of local language documents into English, including:

Client emails

2. Registry documents

3. Constitutional/legal documents

4. Shareholder and director information

5. Identity proofs and related KYC documents

6. Support the KYC team in interpreting and understanding translated content.

7. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assist in the collection of required documentation.

8. Ensure translations are accurate, contextually appropriate, and delivered within set timelines.

9. Maintain data confidentiality and comply with internal data handling standards.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in one or more of the following languages:

2. Japanese (Business-level or higher)

3. Korean (Business-level or higher)

4. Chinese (Simplified or Traditional – specify if needed)

5. Strong command of English (spoken and written).

6. Ability to read and understand business and legal documents in the target language.

7. Basic understanding of KYC or customer due diligence (CDD) processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in financial services, compliance, or KYC documentation is a plus.

2. Experience working with multinational teams or in a regulated environment.

3. Translation certification or relevant language qualifications.
