Roles & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a KYC Specialist, located in Bengaluru.

  • Review and verify customer KYC documents such as ID proofs, GST, Udyam, and invoices.
  • Make outbound / handle inbound calls with customers (Hindi language preferred; English/Regional as secondary).
  • Handle basic customer queries politely and clearly over calls.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
  • Update verification status and maintain accurate records in company systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth onboarding and support.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced start-up environment
  • 1-2 years of experience in KYC operations / Customer support
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
