Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 3-6 yrs in Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: MBA in Sales & Marketing with any Technical Degree

CTC: 6 - 9 LPA

Location: Bangalore

Job Description:

  • Set up meetings to understand clients' needs and present tailored solutions to address them.​
  • Establish strong relationships to foster trust, drive repeat sales, upsell, and ensure customer retention.​
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and pitches that highlight the unique value proposition.​
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.​
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.​
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, update status, and report progress consistently.​
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor tactics to inform sales strategy.​
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer input and market insights.​
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle—from lead nurturing through to post-sales support—to ensure a seamless customer experience.​
  • Coordinate with internal teams for demos, contracts, and after-sales service to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.​

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any technical degree with proficiency in English; multilingual skills preferred.​
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in selling industrial products is preferred.​
  • Location: Bengaluru
