Qualification
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads or other similar tools.
  • Experience with Javascript, web programming technologies or developer relations.
  • Excellent execution, problem-solving, product insight, technical and creative skills.

  • Excellent communication and product storytelling skills.

Description

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, or enterprise systems. The end goal will be to match you with the team that best aligns with your interests, experience, and where you will have the most impact.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Play teams to define a compelling product strategy and roadmap for app quality.
  • Drive the execution of the roadmap, managing cross-team dependencies, engineering work, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with core Play teams to understand their business needs and priorities, and craft innovative solutions to support their broader plans.
  • Analyze data from various sources to make informed decisions balancing user needs, cost, engineering complexity, and other critical factors.
  • Understand user behavior through data analysis, insights, and User Experience Researcher (UXR), exploring opportunities to enhance engagement and drive business growth.
