Job Overview

As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our mobile app initiatives. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and commercial partner challenges, acting as a key link to communicate and refine requirements for technical and customer-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Collaborate with the app team to drive product strategy and development.

•Assist with discovery efforts, including competitive analysis, requirement gathering, and socialization with stakeholders.

•Write and prioritize product stories that capture requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases, and communicate to architecture, engineering, and QA teams.

•Partner with engineers to groom and prioritize the product backlog.

•Collaborate with design to validate UX and customer flows.

•Participate in UAT and validation testing of production releases, new features, and bug fixes.

•Help maintain product documentation and release notes.

Requirements:

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•6 to 8 years of experience in product management.

•Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.

•Experience with common technology product tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).

•Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.

•E-commerce and/or mobile app experience is a plus.
