Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam for a Domestic Tour Manager. The Domestic Tour Manager will coordinate, manage, and oversee all aspects of domestic tours, including itinerary planning, client engagement, vendor management, and on-the-ground assistance. They will be responsible for ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients, resolving any issues during tours, and maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored experiences that meet client preferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills for itinerary creation and tour execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Customer service expertise, problem-solving abilities, and dispute resolution skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of domestic travel destinations in South India and the Andaman Islands
  • Proficiency in using travel management software or technology
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage on-site challenges, and maintain a professional demeanor
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or relevant experience)
  • Multilingual proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with travel regulations and logistics is advantageous
