Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Instructor located in Noida. The Software Instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive computer software training to end-users and staff. Daily tasks will include developing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee progress, and providing ongoing support. The role also involves collaborating with the software development team to stay current on software updates and best practices.

Must be willing to work around Shifts/ Graveyard Shifts for UK, US, NZ, AUS regions.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Computer Software Training, Training, and Instructional Design
  • Strong Communication skills for effectively teaching and interacting with trainees
  • Understanding of Software Development processes and tools
  • Ability to create and adapt training materials based on user needs
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience in a similar training or instructional role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or related field
