Job Type: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – 3 Positions

Job Purpose

We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to support our facades and PEB projects. The ideal candidates will be responsible for tendering, billing, cost estimation, and procurement support, ensuring accurate financial control and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires precision, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of construction costing.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for façade and PEB projects.
• Analyze project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine material and labor requirements.
• Handle billing, measurement, and certification of completed works to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Evaluate vendor quotations and provide support in procurement and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project budgets, prepare cost variance reports, and advise management on cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in contract administration, including claims, variations, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, preferably in façade or PEB projects.
• Proficiency in tendering, billing, and procurement processes.
• Strong knowledge of project costing, contracts, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
