Job Title:
QA Tester (Manual + Automation)

Key Responsibilities

· Perform functional, UI/UX, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of web applications.

· Conduct responsive testing across devices, screen sizes, and browsers.

· Validate cross-platform compatibility (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

· Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements.

· Perform manual testing for usability, accessibility, and edge cases.

· Develop and maintain automation scripts for regression and smoke testing.

· Identify, log, and track defects in a bug-tracking tool until resolution.

· Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure high-quality releases.

· Ensure adherence to quality standards and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies (functional, regression, usability, acceptance).

· Experience in responsive design testing and cross-browser testing.

· Familiarity with PHP/JavaScript/jQuery-based web apps from a QA perspective.

· Hands-on experience with automation tools:

o   Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python)

o   Cypress

o   Playwright or Puppeteer

· Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA).

· Knowledge of API testing using Postman.

· Familiarity with version control (Git).

· Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap to identify UI issues.

· Strong attention to detail and user-focused thinking.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.
