Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and personable Marketing Executive to join our dynamic start-up team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of promoting our innovative application designed to help hospitals and clinics manage their token systems efficiently.

The ideal candidate is confident, approachable, and possesses strong interpersonal skills to engage directly with healthcare professionals. Youll collaborate closely with our team to expand market reach, increase client engagement, and support sales efforts. You will also contribute to developing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and implement initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare staff to introduce our app.
  • Share the benefits of our platform in a friendly and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Gather feedback from clinics and help us improve our product.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure clinics have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals—your efforts will directly shape our growth.
  • Maintain records of your visits and share regular updates with the team.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
  • Confident and comfortable meeting people face-to-face.
  • Curious and eager to learn about healthcare and technology.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized.

Experience

  • Passionate about marketing and skilled at engaging with clients to drive results.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development preferred.
