About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activities across both online and offline retail channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign execution, social media management, and retail promotions, with a strong understanding of brand communication and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for retail stores and online platforms.
  • Support in planning and implementing promotional activities, events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with the sales, design, and merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage social media pages, digital promotions, and content updates.
  • Prepare and circulate marketing materials including brochures, displays, and in-store visuals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and analytics.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and influencers.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and vendor payments.
  • Travel as required for campaign execution, store visits, and event coordination.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in visual merchandising support and in-store promotions.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or basic ad management.

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
