Educational Counsellor telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Educational Counselors (Telecallers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with students and parents over the phone, guide them on the latest educational programs, and help them choose the right course or career path.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain educational programs, courses, and career options.
  • Provide counseling and guidance about new-age courses (AI, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, etc.) and higher education opportunities.
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Maintain and update a database of leads and follow up regularly to ensure conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with students and parents.
  • Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for smooth admissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the education sector and modern technology courses.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline (Education/Marketing background preferred).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, student counseling, or EdTech sales is an advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
