About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Partnership and Analyst Relations Associate to join our team, and this is a fully remote position. In this role, you won't just be managing a list of contacts; you'll be a key player in building and nurturing relationships that fuel our growth and expand our presence in the market. You'll be focusing on both strategic partnerships and analyst relations, with a strong emphasis on the B2B SaaS and HR tech spaces. If you have 3-5 years of experience and a passion for building high-impact relationships, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Be Doing- Building Partnerships: You'll identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with b2b market places, technology providers, top tier consulting firms, and other key players in the HR tech ecosystem.
- Driving Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: You'll team up with our partners to create and execute joint GTM plans, including co-marketing campaigns and co-selling initiatives that get us in front of the right people.
- Nurturing Analyst Relationships: You'll build and maintain strong connections with leading industry analysts and research firms, making sure they understand the value we bring to the market.
- Providing Market Insights: You'll act as our eyes and ears, sharing key insights from the analyst community with our internal teams about market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Working with the Team: You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our partnership and analyst efforts are perfectly aligned with our company goals.
- Tracking Our Success: You'll monitor and report on the effectiveness of our partnerships and analyst engagements, showing the direct impact they have on our growth.
- Experience: You should have 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or analyst relations, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Experience in HR tech is a big plus
Skill Set:
You have a proven track record of creating and managing partnerships that drive real revenue growth.
- You're a natural at building and maintaining strong relationships with industry analysts.
- You understand the ins and outs of the SaaS ecosystem and GTM strategies.
- You're an excellent communicator and negotiator, and you love building new relationships.
- You have experience helping partners succeed, whether it's through creating resources or providing training.
- You're just as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with a team.
