We are a leading plant tissue culture company currently operating a state-of-the-art laboratory with a production capacity of 5 million plants annually and poised for an ambitious expansion to 13 million plants in the next few months. To help us in this growth, we are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join us as:
Associate Manager Plant Tissue Culture
Location: Bagalkot, Karnataka
Experience: years in a commercial plant tissue culture lab of similar scale having handled a commercial unit
Education: Masters or Doctorate in Biotechnology, Plant Sciences, or related fields
Key Responsibilities:
Support the current Lab Management team in day-to-day operations of the lab with efficiency and precision
Oversee and optimize production targets, ensuring consistent quality and timely output
¢ Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellence
¢ Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes
¢ Collaborate with management on strategic planning and expansion
Candidate Profile:
¢ Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial tissue culture labs
¢ Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams
¢ Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in micropropagation techniques
¢ Passion for excellence and achieving ambitious production goals
