Skills You Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with rapid prototyping tools like 3D printers, laser cutters, CAD software, and microcontrollers (Arduino/Raspberry Pi).
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding of product design, problem-solving, and open-source tools.
  • Experience mentoring or a strong passion for student growth.
  • A personal portfolio of DIY or maker projects.
  • Leadership qualities team motivation, problem-solving, and initiative.
  • A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sessions that help students turn social challenges into technical solutions.
  • Conduct hands-on workshops on prototyping tools and techniques.
  • Create and share learning materials (notes, tests, assignments).
  • Mentor students through their projects and encourage entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Assess student progress and prepare reports.
  • Guide students in using tools to build functioning prototypes.
