Location: Noida, Sector 2, (Onsite)

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Working Days: 2nd & 4th Saturday Off, Rest Saturday working

We are looking for a Social Media - Senior Executive /Account Manager with a highly successful track

record who can drive the entire Social Media department. A highly creative thinker and an analyzer with

sound communication skills, the person after understanding the pitch brief, should be able to prepare

and present the strategy to the client with passion and authenticity, execute it across channels and

finally measure the ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and feedback.

Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-quality visuals and copy.

Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize strategy.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Manage ad campaigns (organic and paid) and coordinate with digital marketing teams when needed

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Understand client needs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.

Present strategies, reports, and creative proposals to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Ensure timely delivery of services, resolving issues proactively.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Gather feedback from clients to help improve overall campaign effectiveness

Requirements

1) Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

2) Experience with B2B social media, email campaigns and SEM / SMO

3) Skills and experience in creative content writing

4) Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
