We have job opportunity with API Manufacturing Pharma Industry for Sr. Associate- Quality Control Profile, Mysuru Location.

Job Location: Mysuru

Department: Quality Control

Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry

Open to work in 3 shift operation.

Purpose of Job

Supporting for Equipment Qualification, Sampling, analysis of in process, finished product and

Stability Samples.

Key Responsibility Area

  • Handling and troubleshooting of Analytical Equipments like HPLC, LC-MS, GC-HS, FT-

IR, UV, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, ICP and KF.

  • Handling of Empower CDS software.
  • Preparation and maintenance of finished product reserve samples
  • Analysis of In process, Stability and FG Samples as per the Specification.
  • Operation, Maintenance and Calibration of HPLC and GC as per the schedule.
  • Maintenance of chromatographic columns.
  • Sampling of Finished product and Batch release.
  • Maintenance of stability samples and analysis as per schedule.
  • Maintenance of minimum consumables in the Laboratory.
  • Maintenance of gas cylinders.
  • Supporting all QC activities.
  • Should follow with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Documentation Practice

(GDP).

  • Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.
  • Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Sampling of Raw Material, Inprocess and Finished product samples.
  • Basic knowledge on LIMS/SAP.
  • Handling 21 CFR compliance.
