We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, compliance, and day-to-day accounting operations. The role will involve preparation of MIS, statutory filings, taxation, inventory accounting, and leadership of the AP, AR, and GL teams. Prior experience in the QSR or hospitality industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process — from vendor onboarding, purchase order and GRN management to invoice verification and timely payment processing.

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and maintain proper documentation for all vendor-related transactions.

• Oversee vendor reconciliations, payment scheduling, and maintain healthy supplier relationships while ensuring adherence to company policies and approval hierarchies.

• Monitor vendor ageing, advances, and credit terms, and work with the operations and procurement teams to improve working capital efficiency.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS and management reports, including insights on payables, cash flow, and expense trends.

• Prepare accurate financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and support ad hoc reporting requirements.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants for financial reviews and audits.

• Oversee accruals, provisioning, and inventory accounting with accuracy and timeliness.

• Implement and monitor internal controls across payments, purchase approvals, and accounting systems to ensure financial discipline and accuracy.

• Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting, providing clear visibility of payables and vendor obligations.

• Provide leadership and guidance to AP, AR, and GL teams, fostering accountability and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• CA / MBA Finance / Commerce graduate with 5–8 years of relevant experience (QSR / hospitality preferred).

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

• Proven experience in preparing MIS and financial statements.

• Hands-on experience with accounting systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

• Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS and management reports.

• Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and handle ad hoc reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, GST filings, and TDS regulations.

• Oversee accruals, provisioning, and inventory accounting.

• Provide leadership and guidance to AP, AR, and GL teams; drive accountability and process improvements.

• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and consultants for financial reviews and audits.

• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure financial accuracy.

• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial planning for management decision-making.
