Responsible for implementation of quality management systems and processes at the project site involving maintaining

quality standards, conducting audits, managing non conformances and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and standards

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage quality labs at project sites, ensuring all material tests and checks meet defined standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and audits during project execution and verify supplier material compliance.
  • Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory codes, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, NCRs, and prepare periodic quality reports for management.
  • Stay updated with emerging quality standards and best practices to foster continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Candidate must have building experience.
