Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in .NET, C#, and MVC to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling large-scale projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for software development initiatives using .NET technologies.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Plan, track, and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, coding standards, and project documentation.
  • Mitigate risks, resolve project issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10–18 years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC frameworks.
  • Experience managing end-to-end software projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Excellent understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies, and software delivery processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
