Service Engineer Cum Workshop Manager

We at Mr Garaz Technologies Private Limited (MGTPL) are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to work in a fast paced Mining environment as Service Engineers Cum Workshop Manager for our projects running currently in pan India locations.

We need young, enthusiastic engineers - Mechanical engineers for operating and servicing heavy truck maintenance being supplied verious OEMs like Volvo, Scania And Bharatbenz etc, and various Mining clients in the country like Coal India, Odisha Mining Coorporation, Mahanadi Coal Field Limited (MCL), Northren Coalfields Limited (NCL) etc. They must also follow a strict safety code during working. The current hiring is for next phase of growth which is anticipated over next 3-5 years.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates age profile between 25 to 35 years.

2. Candidates should have sound technical / product (repair and maintenance) knowledge and good fault analysis skills.

3. Candidates should be proficient in Hindi and English and have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

4. Candidate with any additional regional language skills would be appreciated.

5. Candidate would be required to follow a strict safety code during working hours.

6. Computer proficiency for all candidates is a must.

7. Past experience in Maintenance is an added advantage.

8. Candidate's proficiency in AUTOCAD and other / or Design Software would be an additional bonus.

9. Candidate should be able to read engineering design drawings and work there.

10. Candidate should be flexible to work for extended hours and travel to project sites at planned intervals.

11. Candidates must have a minimum of 1.5-3 years experience as a field service engineer for Industrial / Heavy machines.

12. Candidates with a background in the armed forces or railways services in the engineering sphere would be ideal.
