Retain strong technical expertise, reporting to the Mall Leadership, supervise and manage shopping mall , operations, maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.

• Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation.

• Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.

Maintaining good equipment up time records,

Good MTTR and MTBF records,

Cost effective good Energy saving practices implementation with good return of Investment.

Good documentation management and control,

Cost controlling and budgeting and forecasting of facility services cost

Ø Responsible for entire Mall and office blocks plumbing system, HNS, water disrupting, LPG system, dewatering system, drainage system, bore wells, WTP, RO plant, cooling towers makeup , customers complaint, customer water and LPG closing reading and operation / maintenance and ensures smooth and trouble free operation.

Ø Reducing the energy expenses without compromising the facilities to the customers and the users of our mall.

Ø Draw up regular planned preventive maintenance (ppm) routine to avoid breakdown of equipment's.

Ø Maintaining all the records and parameters of running machineries.

Ø Upgrading the quality of the services and equipment's in the Mall from time to time.

Ø Negotiating and finalizing contracts for plumbing works.

Ø Coordinate with leasing for fit out drawing approvals.

Ø Co-ordination with other departments for smooth functioning.

Ø Maintaining discipline in the department and ensuring grooming of the department staff.

Ø Keeping the department personnel updated about the day to day advanced technologies.

Ø Training of staff to create awareness on cost control, improve efficiency and deliver reliable services.

Ø Working as team to operate and maintain the plumbing systems to consistently deliver reliable, efficient and cost effective engineering services which our employees and customer appreciate.

Ø Providing services that are above and beyond for tenant\ retailer's satisfaction and retention.

Ø Improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand tenant / retailer's needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.

Pay: ₹19, ₹68,179.40 per month
