Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Assist in entering and tracking sales orders from start to finish. Ensure all details are accurate and shared with the right teams.
  • Admin Support: Help prepare sales documents, reports, and presentations for the sales team. Great for someone who enjoys organizing data and creating reports.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and shipments. Make sure customers have all the information they need.
  • Sales Support: Help create sales quotations and follow up with clients.
  • Team Coordination: Work with the warehouse and logistics teams to gather the info needed to complete proposals.
  • Vendor & Client Relations: Assist in communicating with clients and vendors to keep things running smoothly and solve any issues related to transport and deliveries.
  • Reporting: Use Excel to help track and create regular sales and logistics reports. Analyze data and suggest improvements.
  • Compliance: Make sure all shipments follow company policies and meet all local and international regulations.
