We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect / Interior Architect to join our team at Affinity Design Studio. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Design and develop architectural and interior design projects, including space planning and layout.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports and proposals to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of architecture and interior design principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in design software and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
