Job Title: Technical Architect and Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical architect and project lead to oversee the development of scalable digital products.

This individual will be responsible for leading end-to-end architecture and full stack development using MERN stack, guiding and mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, as well as hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.)

Solid understanding of CI/CD, GitHub Actions, and cloud-native architectures is also required. Additionally, experience in project estimation, sprint planning, and stakeholder reporting is essential.

Prior experience as a tech lead or software architect is preferred, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and full stack development using MERN stack
