Creative Social Media Executive
to shape how the world sees, feels, and connects with ION online.

Role Overview

This is not a "sit and plan" kind of role. It is a
create, shoot, style, and execute
role.

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and directing
aesthetic, high-quality content
that enhances ION's digital identity and brand positioning.

You will work directly with the Founder and our Graphic Designer to conceptualize visuals, plan shoots, and maintain the luxury yet Gen-Z vibe that defines ION.

What You'll Do

Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling

• Lead creative vision for all social media content and campaigns
• Maintain ION's visual tone, mood, and storytelling style across all platforms
• Create storyboards and campaign ideas that align with luxury Gen-Z aesthetics
• Continuously explore new formats, trends, and inspirations to evolve the brand's content

Content Creation & Execution

• Shoot product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes Reels using iPhone or camera setups
• Style and plan creative shoot layouts that feel premium and aspirational
• Confidently execute quick shoots in office or with makeshift setups
• Direct our editor on tone, pacing, and color to ensure a cohesive luxury output
• Keep the Instagram feed visually balanced, aesthetic, and brand consistent
• Be open to appearing in casual or organic content when required

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and post across Instagram and other digital platforms
• Write engaging, on-brand captions that reflect ION's fearless and premium personality
• Monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies based on what works
• Engage with followers through DMs, comments, and stories
• Stay ahead of trending sounds, styles, and content shifts

Influencer & Collaboration Management

• Identify creators and influencers who match ION's vibe
• Handle communication, briefs, and creative alignment for barter or paid collaborations
• Ensure all influencer deliverables align with brand standards
• Track performance and maintain long-term relationships

Events & Pop-Ups

• Attend pop-ups, shoots, and events to capture live content
• Create real-time BTS and experiential videos for social media
• Represent ION with confidence and energy in offline brand moments

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in
  content creation and social media
• Sharp eye for
  aesthetics, styling, and luxury-grade visuals
• Confident shooting and directing content independently (phone or camera)
• Understands lighting, framing, and storytelling in short-form videos
• Hands-on creator who enjoys making things happen fast
• Organized, self-driven, and passionate about visual storytelling
• Bonus: experience in influencer relations or creative production for luxury brands

CTC:
₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 per year (based on experience and portfolio quality)
