Process Coordinator/ Executive Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Process Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support our management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily business processes and activities.
- Assist management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion.
- Support senior executives in decision-making with relevant data and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Process Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
