Fashion Associate

About the Role:

The ideal candidate should be energetic, approachable, and customer-focused. As the face of our brand on the shop floor, you will welcome and engage customers, deliver exceptional service, recommend products that fit their needs. Play a key role in driving sales while maintaining brand standards in presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

· Drive sales by providing excellent customer service and demonstrating strong product knowledge.

· Maintain store inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed in line with brand guidelines.

· Handle transactions, including payments and exchanges, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

· Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting brand loyalty and repeat business.

· Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation and daily reporting.

· Keep up-to-date with new products, promotions, and store policies.

· Maintain organization of the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements:

· Excellent communication skills with a confident, customer-friendly personality

· Should have flair for customer service

· 0-1 year of retail sales experience in Watches, Jewelry, Fashion Accessories or similar categories. Freshers may also apply

· Background in Retail, Hospitality, or other customer-facing industries preferred

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word)

· Flexible and adaptable with working hours

· Bachelor's Degree preferred
