We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team

If you're passionate about scaling brands online and have hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive sales, leads, and brand growth.
  • Develop and test creative ad strategies, copy, and audience targeting to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Manage and monitor daily campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and strong ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Meta advertising and eCommerce marketing.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in running and managing Meta Ads for eCommerce or D2C brands.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in reading ad metrics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to experiment with new campaign ideas.
  • Knowledge of other paid channels (Google Ads, YouTube, or Influencer Marketing) is a plus.

Job Type: Freelance

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹11, ₹42,125.00 per month
