We are looking for a creative and strategic professional who can manage end-to-end social media content creation, plan effective social media strategies, and run Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads to drive engagement, conversions, and brand growth. The ideal candidate should be skilled with Canva, AI tools, and modern content trends.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

  • Create engaging graphics, videos, and reels using Canva and other AI-based tools.
  • Develop high-quality, relevant content for all major social media platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency in all creatives and messaging.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Plan monthly and weekly social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
  • Create strategic content plans to increase engagement, followers, and overall brand presence.
  • Research trends, competitors, and market insights to identify new opportunities.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and activity across all platforms.
  • Monitor audience interactions and ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain platform hygiene and consistency across all pages.

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing:

  • Run and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads focused on conversions, leads, and brand awareness.
  • Run and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.

Collaboration & Branding

  • Work closely with the team to maintain a unified brand voice.
  • Suggest new ideas, content formats, and creative concepts.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and current trends
  • Basic understanding of video editing and reel creation
  • Good communication and creative thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
